Refund and Return Policy

1 year warranty on the Steamplus hair Straightener.

The warranty service does not include damages from these situations:  incorrect or misusing, didn’t follow the instructions, use wrong voltage or any type of negligence.

When you receive your order, it is important that you check to make sure that the item you have purchased is not damaged or defective and are in good condition.  You should let us know immediately if there is a problem with your order, this must happen within 7 days of receiving your order. Our return policy is 7days, noted that the product must be in its original packaging and in the exact packaging and condition as delivered, also note that you can not return if you have used the product.  At  Glory Glam Products we pride ourselves in bringing the best products to our customers.

If you wish to cancel a purchase before delivered you will be liable for the admin costs involved.  If you cancel an order already out for delivered you will be liable for the courier costs involve.

If the product is being returned because it was damaged or defective on delivery, we will arrange to collect the item an deliver the correct item as soon as possible. This will be at no cost to you.

If the water tank or comb gets lost or broken you can email us for ordering them separately.

Please note that we cannot except returns of the following products (unless they are defective or damaged).
