Refund and Return Policy

At Glory Glam Products we pride ourselves in bringing the best products to our customers.
We do our utmost best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality. Products can be returned to us within 7 working days. Once the product is back with us, we will either exchange or replace it. You may also request a refund, but it will be subject to a handling fee.

Exchanges and Returns

To return an unwanted non-defective product it must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition. Once we have received the product you will receive a credit voucher equivalent to the cost of the returned item. If you want to return a product for a refund there will be a handling fee of 15%, the product must be undamaged and unused, with the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.  In case of a refund, if you received this products with free delivery, the free delivery will fall away.

Returning defective or damaged products

We do our utmost best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality. If you have received a product with a defect or fault, we will do a thorough quality check and we will repair or replace at our discretion at no additional cost to you.

The following will not be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to any replacement or refund: damaging arising from incorrect usage of the product or damage arising from wear and tear.

When you receive your order, it is important that you check to make sure that the item you have purchased is not damaged or defective and are in good condition. You should let us know immediately if there is a problem with your order, this must happen within 7 days of receiving your order. Our return policy is 7days, noted that the product must be in its original packaging and in the exact packaging and condition as delivered, also note that you cannot return if you have used the product.

  • Unused & Undamaged: The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, items that have been used cannot be returned.

4. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Credit Vouchers: Issued immediately once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Cash Refunds: Processed via the original payment method (PayFast, EFT, or Masterpass).

  • Processing Time: Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Warranty

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all electronic products.

  • This warranty covers technical faults but does not cover damage arising from incorrect usage, wear and tear, or accidental damage.

6. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Damage arising from incorrect usage of the product.

  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear.

  • Used beauty or hair care products.
